FOREST MANAGEMENT |

| Our company began in 1986
primarily as a land management company based in Dublin,
Georgia. Educated as forestry consultants our specialty for
years was predominately in the timber and timberland
management business. This includes timber cruises, timber
sales, management plans, stewardship plans and
reforestation. While our land base started predominantly in
Laurens County, Georgia we now serve within a seventy five
mile radius of Dublin including Dodge, Bleckley, Pulaski, Wilcox, Wheeler, Montgomery,
Treutlen, Toombs, Telfair, Wilkinson, Hancock and Washington Counties. This has
enabled us to manage properties both economically and with
superior expertise within our working area. We are proud
members of the Association of Consultant Foresters and have

HUNTING LEASES |

| In 1990 we found it
advantageous to begin leasing the land we manage to deer
hunters. With a land management base of over 60,000 acres we
found we have the kind of land every hunter is looking for.
While some of our properties have Ocmulgee River Frontage,
most have year round or seasonal running creeks, open
fields, planted or natural pine and hardwood timber.
Although the average property owner has 200 acres to lease
we have many smaller and larger holdings up to 2,000 acres.
Most of our leases run from May to May and begin appearing
